We have made going to the gym realistic and modern, and fine-tuned the content of the training sessions to match the needs and constraints of every individual client: time available, physical abilities, training goal. Individually customised training plans mean maximum efficiency for each client.
You will receive your individual training plan, which is put into practice and updated during regular appointments with your coach. In between these appointments, you will train independently but always under the supervision of our staff.
